Share the Season with us No 4: Petworth 17th century biscuits

Ever fancied going back in time? Well now you can in your kitchen with our recipe for biscuits from the 17th Century from the Petworth team. We've included the original recipe, and our attempt to convert it into modern measurements.

Let us know how they turn out by uploading your pictures to Twitter and you could win a National Trust 1 day family pass. We think the amount of flour might be a bit much, so we're going to try them out too, and will let you know how we get on.
